• A tailor made system. In a password protected area of your web site you can update the contents very fast and easy. You can also add new pages to the site. All updates are in a database in a protected sub directory of your web site server. This system is without subscription fee. You only pay the implementation costs. After that you are completely independent.

DIGITIZING DOCUMENTS

Nowadays almost all documents are created and therefore stored in a digital format. But what about the archives? Many archives are still analogue. Storing and handling analogue data results in some practical problems like:

• handing out (and not returning) the original document
• in most cases it is practically impossible to make a spare copy
• there is a potential danger of loosing data by fire or chemical/physical processes

Accessibility and safety are very strong arguments to consider digitising analogue data.

Digitising documents can consist of one or more of the following products:

• scanning the document itself
• cut, rotate and clean the digital document
• scale the document to the correct scale
• partly or completely vectorize the document
• built a database with the name and number of the documents
• create a programme that makes easy access of the data possible

MAKING CAD DRAWINGS

We can create your Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Piping and GIS work CAD drawings to your standards (line types, layers etc) with your title blocks. We follow CAD standards as per your requirements to ensure seamless integration of the output with your company standards, i.e. various elements on the drawings will be layered as per your requirements. As your drawing project progresses, you'll be able to track progress and electronically "sign off" on drawings over the Internet. We can then plot or mail the finished product to your facility after review and final acceptance. We work on a 1:1 scale on the model space and scale the drawing on the paper space and apply your company's Title Block. The completed drawings can be given in AutoCAD .dwg / .dxf or Microstation .dgn format.
